Equipment related to terminal illness, which may include a hospital bed, specialty mattress, wheelchair, walker, oxygen, and other necessary supplies.

Medications for Symptom Control or Pain Relief
All medications related to terminal illness for pain relief and symptom management, as prescribed by the patient’s physician and care team.

Hospice Aide Services
Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, light housekeeping, and maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Social Worker Services
Supporting patients and families with care planning, emotional support, and access to community resources to help navigate personal, family, and financial challenges.

Chaplain Services
Providing spiritual support and guidance to patients and families at end of life, while respecting individual beliefs and accommodating requested religious practices.

Dietary Counseling
Guiding patients and families in developing appropriate nutrition plans and healthy eating habits to support comfort, strength, and overall well-being.

Bereavement and Loss Counseling
Providing grief and bereavement support to families and loved ones for up to 13 months following the loss of a patient.

Volunteer Services
Offering companionship and support through friendly visits, reading, conversation, errands, and assistance for patients and their families.
